社区高血压患者健康教育的效果评价

Effect evaluation of health education of patients with hypertension in community

目的:通过社区健康教育提高高血压病患者的遵医率和依从性,从而降低高血压的并发症和致残率。方法:对52例高血压患者定期集中健康教育,发放宣传册,制定合理的生活秩序,问卷形式做答。结果:教育后的遵医率和高血压基础知识知晓率均明显提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:社区健康教育在高血压的治疗和预防过程中起着非常重要的作用。

Objective:To improve the compliance rate and the compliance of patients with hypertension through the community health education,so as to reduce the complications and morbidity of hypertension.Methods:52 patients with hypertension were given regular health education,issuing brochures,formulate a reasonable order of life,do a questionnaire.Results:After education,the compliance rate and the awareness rate of basic knowledge of hypertension were significantly improved(P<0.05).The difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:Community health education plays a very important role in the treatment and prevention of hypertension.
