风险管理在内科护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of risk management in Department of Internal Medicine nursing

目的:研究风险管理在内科护理中的应用方法及其效果。方法:2011年4月起对本院30名内科护理人员进行风险管理培训,主要对其风险管理意识进行培训,以风险意识调查表、患者满意度以及医患纠纷投诉率作为判定标准。结果:培训前后护理人员有了明显的改变,主要包括对风险因素的普遍认识,对风险的整体认识,对待风险管理所做的行动取向以及对待风险管理的态度明显高于培训前,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后患者满意度明显提高,医患纠纷投诉率明显减少。结论:实行风险管理培训对护理工作的展开有良好的效果,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of risk management in Department of Internal Medicine nursing.Methods:30 nursing staff in Department of Internal Medicine received the risk management training from April 2011.The training content was mainly the consciousness of risk management.Evaluation standards were the risk consciousness questionnaire,patient satisfaction and the complaint rate of doctor-patient relationship.Results:After the training,the nurses had significantly changed,including the common understanding of risk factors,the overall understanding of risk,the action oriented towards risk management and attitude towards risk management.These were significantly higher than that before the training.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the satisfaction of patients improved obviously,the the complaint rate of doctor-patient dispute decreased obviously.Conclusion:The implement of risk management training for Department of Internal Medicine nursing staff has a good effect on expanding nursing work,and it is worthy of promotion.
