摘要
目的:观察食用富硒全麦粉食物对高血糖、高血脂的影响,结合当地情况,建立餐饮保健的有效方法。方法:对确诊的高血糖、高血脂患者,用富硒全小麦食物取代以面食为主的主食,并定期复查血糖、血脂,进行配对、对照研究。结果:两组治疗前在各项指标基本一致,观察结束后症状均有所缓解,但观察组(食用富硒全小麦食品组)血糖、血脂下降更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:富硒全小麦食物对高血糖、高血脂有明显的防治效果,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of selenium rich whole wheat flour for hyperglycemia and high cholesterol.To establish an effective method with food and health combined with the local situation.Methods:For patients with hyperglycemia and high cholesterol,the staple food was replaced with selenium rich whole wheat food.The blood glucose and lipids were periodic reviewed with matching,controlled study.We observe the inevitable relationship between them.Results:In the two groups before treatment,the indexes were basically the same.After the observation,symptoms were all remitted.But the glucose,blood lipid of the observation group(edible selenium rich whole wheat food group)decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Selenium rich whole wheat food has obvious control effect on hyperglycemia and high cholesterol,and it can be popularized in the crowd.
