摘要
目的:探讨孕激素对人卵巢癌细胞株HO-8910体外生长的影响。方法:传代培养人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910,应用MTT比色法检测对照组(未加孕激素组)和加入含有不同浓度孕激素培养液处理组,作用48小时及72小时后对人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910的影响。结果:MTT试验结果表明孕激素对人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910有抑制作用,呈浓度依赖性,并且随着时间的延长,抑制作用也增强。结论:孕激素对卵巢癌细胞有抑制作用。
Objective:To discuss the effect of progesterone on the vitro growth of HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain. Methods:To subculture HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain,application of MTT colorimetric assay to detect the control group(without progesterone group)and the treatment group with adding containing different concentration progesterone culture,the effect of HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain after 48 hours and 72 hours.Results:MTT test results showed that progesterone has inhibitory effect on HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain,in a concentration dependent manner,and with the extension of time,and inhibition effect was also enhanced.Conclusion:Progesterone has inhibitory effect on ovarian cancer cells.
