目的:交界性卵巢肿瘤(BOTs)属于妇科临床常见疾病,严重影响着患者的身心健康。对于年轻BOTs患者而言,基本上都有保留生育功能的要求,而从近几年临床研究来看,保留生育功能的手术治疗属于最有效的方式。保留生育功能的手术治疗对于早期患者十分安全,而晚期患者若可完全摘除病灶,则也是可行的。此外,若患者的病变累及双侧卵巢,则不宜采取保守手术,此时可借助卵母细胞冻存、胚胎冻存、接受卵母细胞赠送及卵巢组织冻存等方式处理。为了分析交界性卵巢肿瘤保留生育功能的治疗方法,在此将做进一步研究与探讨。

Borderline ovarian tumor(BOTs)is a common disease of gynecology,once BOTs.It has a serious impact on physical and mental health of patients.Basically,young BOTs patients have preserving fertility function requirements,and in recent clinical research perspective,preserving fertility function operative treatment belongs to the most efficient way.Preserving fertility function operative treatment for the early stage patients is safe,and can be completely removed if lesions in incurably ill patients.It is also feasible.In addition,if patients with lesions involving bilateral ovaries,it is unfavorable take a conservative surgery,this time with oocyte cryopreservation,embryo cryopreservation,accept the oocytes donated and ovarian tissue cryopreservation treatment approach.In order to further the analysis of preserving fertility function treatment of borderline ovarian tumors,we will carry on the discussion.
