新型敷料与酸化水在治疗压疮中的效果比较

Comparied the effect of new dressing and acidified water in the treatment of pressure ulcers

目的:比较现代湿性敷料与酸化水治疗压疮的效果。方法:2013年12月-2014年3月收治压疮患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。观察组采用现代湿性敷料治疗压疮,对照组采用酸化水进行治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(z=3.9,P<0.01);观察组平均治愈时间(22.4±8.2)天,短于对照组(42.9±10.6)天,其差异有统计学意义(t=6.8,P<0.01)。结论:采用现代湿性敷料较酸化水治疗压疮效果显著,除控制感染外,可促进细胞生长,加速愈合,还对受压皮肤有双重保护作用。

Objective:To compare effect of treatment of the modern wet dressings and acidified water in pressure sore.Methods:40 cases with pressure sores were treated in our hospital from December 2013 to March 2014,which were divided into observation group and the control group randomly,each group 20 cases.Observation group using modern treatment of pressure sores moist dressings,while control group with acidified water treatment.Results:The effect of observation group is better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(z=3.9,P<0.01).The average healing time of the observation group,(22.4±8.2 days) is shorter than the control group(42.9±10.6 days),and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.8,P<0.01).Conclusion: Compared with acidified water,the effect of modern synthetic dressing on pressure sore is significant.It can controlling infection, promote cell growth,accelerate the healing of sores,also has a double protective effect of pressure on the skin.
