摘要
目的:探讨跟骨粉碎性骨折手术治疗的效果。方法:我院2011年-2013年收治粉碎性跟骨骨折患者25例,行跟骨切开复位钢板内固定术,植骨术。结果:25例患者中,23例(92%)伤口愈合良好,2例(8%)部分皮缘坏死,经换药处理后瘢痕愈合。全部病例均随访>180天。结论:手术治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折治愈率高,可极大改善患者的生存质量。
Objective:To discuss the effect of operative treatment of comminuted fracture of calcaneus.Methods:25 cases of comminuted fracture of calcaneus were opened reduction and plate fixation of calcaneus,and given bone grafting.Results:In 25 patients,23 cases(92%) scar healed well,while 2 cases(8%) of partial skin necrosis,after dressing treatment scar healing,who were followed up for more than 180 days.Conclusion:The effect of operation treatment group compared with the non operation treatment group is more significant.
