单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿精索鞘膜积液37例临床分析

Clinical analysis of single port laparoscopic in the treatment of pediatric funicular hydrocele in 37 cases

目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿精索鞘膜积液的临床疗效。方法:2013年3月-2014年2月收治小儿精索鞘膜积液患儿37例;年龄1~14岁,平均年龄5.1岁;其中左侧17例,右侧13例,双侧7例;均采用单孔腹腔镜治疗。结果:本组37例患儿均成功手术,术中无出血,手术当天无发热,手术时间10~25分钟,平均18.9分钟,皮肤切口无需缝线,术后1~2天出院。术后随访2~12个月,均无复发,切口愈合好,无瘢痕等。结论:单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿精索鞘膜积液具有无出血、手术不需缝合、住院时间短、患者恢复快等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of single port laparoscopic in the treatment of pediatric funicular hydrocele. Methods: 37 cases of children with pediatric funicular hydrocele were admit from March 2013 to February 2014.The age ranged from 1 to 14 years old.The average age was 5.1 years old.Among the left side in 17 cases,the right side in 13 cases,bilateral in 7 cases,were treated with single port laparoscopicc treatment.Results:This group of 37 cases were successful operation,and had no bleeding during the operation,no fever on the day of surgery,operation time ranged from 10 to 25 minutes,the average of 18.9 minutes,the skin incision without suture,postoperative 1~2 days out of the hospital.Patients were followed up for 2~12 months, all no recurrence,incision healed well,no scar ect.Conclusion:Single port laparoscopic in the treatment of pediatric funicular hydrocele has no bleeding,no suture operation,the short hospitalization time,quick recovery in patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
