摘要
目的:探讨妊娠高血压(HDCP)患者治疗前后血清白介素-6、8、10水平的变化。方法:2012年-2013年收治妊娠高血压产妇70例,均给予解痉、镇静、控制血压、利尿等对症治疗,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定70例患者临床干预前后白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)及白介素-10(IL-10)水平变化。结果:经过临床干预,70例HDCP患者IL-6、IL-8均明显下降、IL-10水平明显上升,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HDCP患者体内存在炎性细胞分子紊乱,参与了患者血管内皮损伤过程,可作为治疗评估的指标。
Objective:To discuss the changs of serum interleukin-6,8,and 10 levels in patients with gestational hypertension(HDCP)before and after treatment.Methods:To admit 70 cases of maternal with gestational hypertension from 2012 to 2013,all patients were given spasmolysis,sedation,blood pressure control,using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to detect the changs of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels in 70 cases of patients before and after clinical intervention.Results:After intervention,IL-6,IL-8 of 70 cases of HDCP patients were significantly decreased,and IL-10 levels were significantly increased,compared with those before treatment was significantly different, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inflammatory cell molecular disorder exists in HDCP patients,and involved in vascular endothelial damage process in patients,so,it can be used as evaluation index.
