摘要
目的:总结急性心肌梗死患者的心理护理经验。方法:2012年4月~2013年12月收治急性心肌梗死患者180例,对其心理状况进行总结和分析,并根据患者具体心理状况进行心理护理。结果:本组180例患者经过心理护理,均能消除各种思想顾虑,以积极的心态迎接治疗。经过正规的治疗和精心的护理,本组患者治愈144例(80.0%),有效12例(6.7%),好转22例,死亡1例,总有效率99.4%。结论:加强急性心肌梗死患者的心理护理可以提高临床疗效,降低病死率。
Objective:To summary care experience on acute myocardial infarction psychological.Methods:180 patients with acute myocardial infarction were admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2013.Summary and analysis mental status,and psychological care according to patient specific psychological condition.Results:180 patients through psychological care,can eliminate all ideological concerns,with a positive attitude to meet the treatment.After formal treatment and careful nursing,the group of 144 cases were cured(80.0%),effective 12 cases(6.7%),improved in 22 cases,one case of death.The total efficiency of 99.4%.Conclusion:Strengthen psychological care of patients with acute myocardial infarction may improve clinical outcomes and reduce mortality.
