摘要
目的:对人性化护理在剖宫产护理中的应用效果进行观察和分析。方法:2012年5月-2013年5月收治行剖宫产手术产妇150例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在围手术期使用人性化护理方式,对照组在围手术期采用常规性护理方式。结果:观察组平均手术时间42.1分钟,而对照组平均手术时间56.2分钟;观察组在手术中平均出血量171ml,而对照组手术中平均出血量282ml;观察组术后并发症发生率1.9%,而对照组术后并发症发生率13.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产的护理中运用人性化的护理方式意义重大,值得推广。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing care in cesarean section nursing. Methods:To admit 150 cases of maternal with cesarean operation from May 2012 to May 2013,and the average divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were used humanistic nursing care mode in perioperative,while the control group were used routine nursing methods in perioperative.Results:The average operation time of the observation group was 42.1 minutes,while the average operation time of the control group was 56.2 minutes。 The average blood loss of the observation group during operation was 171ml,while the average blood loss of the control group during operation was 282ml.The incidence of postoperation complications of the observation group was 1.9%,while the incidence of postoperation complications of the control group was 13.6%.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using humanistic nursing care in the cesarean section nursing has great significance,which is worthy of promotion.
