基层医院临床护理带教现状分析与策略

摘要 目的:全面评估护理临床教学效果,适应素质教育,提高临床教学质量。方法:对2012、2013两个学年的中专和大专护生42人实习期间采取问卷调查,制定"临床护理带教质量评价与意见调查表",由学生出科后填写。结果:护理教学中主要存在的问题是教师专业知识和基础理论知识水平较低,教学能力欠缺;操作示范不正规;教学思维滞后,方式陈旧,教学模式单一,缺乏创新性;关心、爱护、尊重学生不够;带教时间和精力不足;护生学习兴趣不高;脱离带教老师的监督;理论与实际结合差。结论:分析临床护理教学中存在问题的原因并及时提出对策,以便提高临床教学质量和护理师资队伍的综合素质,增强护生的服务意识,加深对护理工作意义的认识。 Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the effect of clinical nursing teaching, adapt to the quality education,and improve the quality of clinical teaching.Methods:To adopt the questionnaire with 42 cases of secondary and junior college nursing students in 2012 and 2013 this two school years in internship period, formulate'clinical nursing teaching quality evaluation and opinion questionnaire',which were filled by students after department.Results:The main existing problems in nursing teaching was that the professional knowledge and basic theory knowledge level of teachers are low,the lack of teaching ability; demonstration is not normal operation;teaching thought lag,the old methods,single teaching mode,lack of innovation;care,love, respect for the students are not enough;insufficient teaching time and energy;the learning interest of nursing students is not high; from the supervision of teachers;the combination of theory and practice is poor.Conclusion:Through analyzing the causes of problems existing in clinical nursing teaching and timely put forward countermeasures,to improve clinical teaching quality and the comprehensive quality of nursing faculty,enhance service consciousness of student nurse,deepen the understanding of nursing work significance.
