摘要
EBM是指应用当前所能获得的最好研究依据,结合临床医生的个人专业技能与多年临床经验,考虑到患者的价值和愿望,制定出适合患者的治疗措施。对于中晚期贲门癌,手术、化疗、中医治疗仍是目前主要的治疗方法,但都各有其局限性和不足之处。近年来,中医药在贲门癌治疗中发挥了重要作用。中药不仅单独应用有效,而且与手术、化疗、放疗联合运用可产生协同效果。因此,中西医结合为主的综合治疗愈来愈受到临床的广泛重视,可以取长补短,最大程度地发挥各种疗法的优势。
EBM refers to work out suitable for patients,through the applicating the current best research basis,combining with clinical doctor's individual professional skills and clinical experience for many years, and considering the value and desire of patients.For locally advanced cardia cancer, surgery, chemotherapy and Chinese medicine treatment are still the main treatment methods, but each has its limitations and shortcomings.In recent years, Chinese medicine has played an important role in cardia cancer treatment.Chinese medicine is not only separate application effectively, but also can be associated with surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy to produce a synergistic effect.Therefore, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment of more and more extensive attention by clinical.It can complement each other, and maximize the advantages of various therapies.
