摘要
目的:探讨举宫杯在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的应用价值及技巧总结。方法:2010年12月-2013年3月收治使用举宫杯完成腹腔镜子宫全切手术患者126例,分析其临床资料。结果:126例中,除2例中转开腹外均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间(162±15)分钟,平均出血量(60±10)ml,无严重并发症发生。结论:使用举宫杯在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中可以明确指示穹隆部,较好地避免泌尿系及血管损伤,具有较高的临床应用价值及手术安全性。
Objective:To discuss the application value and skills summary of uterus lifting cup in total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery.Methods: 126 cases of patients with using uterus lifting cup to complete total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery were admitted.Analyze the clinical data.Results:126 cases,except 2 cases converted to laparotomy,were successfully completed the operation.The average operation time was(162±15)minutes,and the mean blood loss was 60±10ml.There occurred no serious complications.Conclusion:Using uterus lifting cup in total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery can clearly indicate the fornices,and betterly avoid urinary system and blood vessel injury.It has high clinical application value and operation safety.
