罗哌卡因复合芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉在无痛分娩中的应用

Application of ropivacaine combined with fentanyl for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in painless labor

目的:探讨无痛分娩中罗哌卡因复合芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉的效果。方法:2013年2月-2014年1月收治无痛分娩产妇300例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组应用布比卡因+复合芬太尼进行镇痛,观察组应用盐酸罗哌卡因+复合芬太尼进行镇痛。结果:观察组第1产程和第2产程时间比对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组顺产148例(98.7%),对照组顺产106例(70.7%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛分娩中应用罗哌卡因复合芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉效果佳,深受患者好评。

Objective:To explore the effect of ropivacaine combined with fentanyl for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in painless labor.Methods:We selected 250 cases of maternal with painless delivery from February 2013 to January 2014.These patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 125 cases in each.The control group used bupivacaine plus compound fentanyl for analgesia,while the observation group used ropivacaine hydrochloride plus compound fragrance for analgesia.Results:The time of the observation group in the first stage and the second stage is shorter than the control group,and there was significantly different(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding of the two groups were not significantly different(P> 0.05).In the observation group,148 cases(98.7%)were eutocia,and in the control group,106 cases(70.7%)were eutocia.There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ropivacaine combined with fentanyl for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in painless labor is good,and it is accepted by patients.
