无痛分娩技术在产科临床应用效果分析

Effectiveness analysis of painless childbirth technology applied in clinical obstetrics

目的:对在产科中应用无痛分娩技术的效果进行观察和探讨。方法:收治分娩产妇97例,在征得产妇及其家属同意的前提下将产妇分为两组,对照组47例产妇进行常规分娩,观察组50例产妇应用无痛分娩技术,分别对两组产妇的镇痛效果、妊娠结局等进行比较。结果:观察组全部产妇均镇痛有效,镇痛总有效率100%,对照组产妇均镇痛无效,镇痛总有效率0,两组产妇镇痛效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组产妇产程明显长于观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇产后出血率和新生儿窒息率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在产科中应用无痛分娩技术具有更加显著的镇痛效果,可使产程明显缩短,同时使剖宫产率降低。

Objective:To observe and discuss the effect of the application of painless childbirth technology in obstetrics.Methods: On the premise of the consent of women and their families,97 cases of pregnant women were admitted and divided into two groups.47 cases in the control group were given normal childbirth,while 50 cases in the observation group were given painless childbirth technology.Respectively compare the analgesic effect and pregnancy outcome of puerpera between the two groups. Results:All puerpera in the observation group had effective analgesic,and the total effective rate of analgesic was 100%.The puerpera in the control group had no effective analgesic,and the total effective rate of analgesic was 0%.There were obvious difference in analgesia effect of the two groups(P<0.05).The stages of labor of the control group was significantly longer than that of the observation group,and the two group showed significant difference(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The maternal postpartum hemorrhage rate and the rate of neonatal asphyxia of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Application of painless childbirth technology in obstetrics has a even more significant analgesic effect.It can shorten the birth process,and reduce the cesarean section rate.
