社区护理干预对高血压患者治疗效果的影响

Influence of community nursing intervention on the treatment effect of patients with hypertension

目的:探究社区护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法:2012年11月-2013年11月收治高血压患者148例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各74例。观察组采用社区护理干预方法治疗,对照组采用传统方法治疗。结果:观察组血压控制效果非常显著,其控制率93.24%;而对照组血压控制率只有41.89%。观察组的血压控制明显要优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用社区护理干预,能够有效地降低高血压患者的血压水平,改善患者的生活质量,同时降低并发症的发生率。

Objective:To discuss the influence of community nursing intervention on the treatment effect of patients with hypertension.Methods:148 cases with hypertension were admitted from November 2012 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 74 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by community nursing intervention treatment,while the control group were treated by traditional method of treatment.Results:The blood pressure control effect of the observation group was very significant,and the control rate was 93.24%,while the control rate of the control group was 41.89%.The blood pressure control of the observation group was much better than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of community nursing intervention can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
