神经内科患者留置尿管的护理体会

Experience of nursing care of patients with indwelling catheter in neurological department of internal medicine

目的:神经内科疾病中,部分患者伴有排尿功能异常,因尿失禁或尿潴留而需要进行留置导尿,但在患者留置导尿过程中容易发生泌尿系感染、漏尿、尿道损伤等问题,积极有效的护理措施能减少以上并发症的发生。

In the neural Department of internal medicine disease,some patients have voiding dysfunction.These patients require indwelling catheterization because of urinary incontinence or retention of urine.But in the process of patients with indwelling catheter,the patients are prone to some problems,such as urinary tract infection,leakage of urine,urethral injury and so on.The positive and effective nursing measures can reduce these complications.
