摘要
目的:探讨小儿急腹症的临床护理观察方法,努力提高临床护理水平。方法:2011年10月-2013年11月收治小儿急腹症患者58例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:58例痊愈出院(1例患儿出现感染性休克,3例化脓感染经治疗也痊愈)。结论:充分认识小儿急腹症的特殊性,及时准确地观察病情,重视小儿急腹症各个环节的护理,采取积极的相应的处理措施是减少并发症、促进康复的重要保障。
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing and observation method in children with acute abdomen,and strive to improve the level of clinical nursing and observation.Methods:We selected 58 cases of patients with acute abdomen from October 2011 to November 2013.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:58 cases were all cured(1 case occurred septic shock,while 3 cases occurred pyogenic infection,they were cured after treatment).Conclusion:Fully understanding the special nature of acute abdomen in children,obeserving their condition correctly and timely,paying attention to all aspects of nursing care and taking positive measures are important guarantee to reduce complications and promote rehabilitation.
