摘要
目的:分析内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法:收治慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者60例,在分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用内镜下腺样体根除切除术治疗,对照组采用内镜下腺样体部分切除术。完成治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组术后总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采用内镜下腺样体根除切除术进行治疗,可提高治疗效果,在临床上值得进行推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic operation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were clinically divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by endoscopic resection of adenoid eradication therapy,while the control group were treated by endoscopic adenoidectomy surgery.Compare the clinical effect of patients in two groups after treatment.Results:The total rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The endoscopic resection of adenoid eradication therapy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can improve the clinical effect of patient,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical.
