益气养阴豁痰通络方治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effect of Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Tan Tong Luo prescription in the treatment of stable angina pectoris

目的:观察益气养阴豁痰通络方治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予西医标准化药物治疗,疗程12周;观察组在西医标准化药物治疗基础上加用益气养阴豁痰通络方治疗,12周后观察两组在心绞痛疗效、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、静息心电图指标的差异。结果:改善心绞痛症状、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、静息心电图指标方面,观察组均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴豁痰通络方治疗稳定型心绞痛能显著改善心绞痛疗效,降低心绞痛发作次数及持续时间,改善生存质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Tan Tong Luo prescription in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:We divided 60 patients into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given western medicine standardized treatment for 12 weeks,while the observation group were given Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Tan Tong Luo prescription on the basis of western medicine standardized treatment.After 12 weeks,we compared the angina pectoris,the frequency of angina pectoris attack,the duration of angina pectoris and the resting electrocardiogram of patients between two groups.Results:In the improvement of the symptoms of angina pectoris,the angina attack frequency and duration and resting ECG indexes,there had significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Tan Tong Luo prescription can improve treatment effect of angina,reduce the frequency and duration of angina attack,and improve the quality of life in the treatment of the patients who had stable angina pectoris.
