稳心颗粒联用小剂量美托洛尔治疗室性早搏疗效分析

Analysis of Wenxin Granule combined with a small dose of metoprolol therapeutic premature ventricular contractions effect

目的:探讨稳心颗粒联用小剂量美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择室性早搏患者50例,应用稳心颗粒,1袋/次,温开水速服,3次/日;美托洛尔,12.5mg/次,口服,2次/日。4周1个疗程。观察服药前后的效果。结果:50例患者中,显效32例(64%),有效15例(30%),无效3例(6%),总有效率94%,无严重不良反应及并发症。结论:稳心颗粒联用小剂量美托洛尔能较好地控制室性早搏的发作,安全性能好,值得进一步研究。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granule combined with a small dose of metoprolol therapeutic premature ventricular contractions and safety.Method:50 cases of patients with ventricular premature beats were given the Wenxin Granule.For Wenxin Granule,one bag each time, fastly taking by warm water,three times a day.For Metoprolol,12.5mg each time,oral administration,two times a day.1 course of treatment was 4 weeks.We observed the medication before and after the treatment.Result:In 50 cases of patients,32 cases were markedly effective(64%),15 cases were effective(30%),3 cases were invalid(6%).The total efficiency is 94%,and there was no serious adverse reactions or complications.Conclusion:Wenxin Granule associated with a small dose of metoprolol can be better to control the onset of premature ventricular contractions,and have the good safety performance.It is worthy of further study.
