摘要
目的:分析心力衰竭患者中N-末端脑利钠肽(NT-ProBNP)对其诊断和疗效评价的意义。方法:2013年5月-2014年4月收治慢性心力衰竭患者120例。按照NYHA心功能分级标准Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级,将120例患者分为相应的4组,每组30例。给予入选患者2周的抗心力衰竭治疗,入院治疗前后对4组患者血清NT-ProBNP水平进行统计对比。结果:治疗前各组血NT-ProBNP测量值与治疗2周后血NT-ProBNP下降水平差异均存在统计学意义。治疗后血NT-BNP的检测值显著低于治疗前。结论:NT-ProBNP对于心力衰竭患者的诊断和疗效评价有重要价值。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic evaluation and diagnostic significance of N terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-ProBNP)in the patients with heart failure.Methods: 120 cases of patients with CHF(chronic heart failure) were admitted.According to grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ of the NYHA cardiac functional grading standard,120 cases were divided into 4 groups, 30 cases in each group.Enrolled patients were give anti heart failure treatment for 2 weeks.The levels of serum NT-ProBNP of patients in 4 groups before and after treatment were statistically compared.Results:The observed values of serum NT-ProBNP had differences with the falling levels of serum NT-ProBNP after 2 weeks treatment.The estimated value of serum NT-ProBNP after treatment was significantly lower than that of before treatment.Conclusion:NT-ProBNP has significant value on curative effect evaluation and diagnosis in patients with heart failure.
