摘要
产褥期由于初产妇无哺乳经验致使乳汁淤积、乳头畸形,婴儿无吮吸能力等常可发生乳腺炎,对产妇和婴儿的健康会产生一定的影响,因此,对本病的预防与护理十分重要。通过清洗按摩乳房、有规律哺乳、纠正乳头凹陷等护理措施可在一定程度上预防乳腺炎。
Because of mothers with no experience in nursing milk deposition, nipple deformity,and baby poor sucking ability, mastitis can often happen in pad period.It will influence the health of maternal and infant.Therefore, the disease prevention and nursing are very important.The nursing measures including cleaning massage breast, regular milk, correcting the inverted nipple can prevent mastitis.
