合肥某乡镇社区成人糖尿病流行病学调查分析

Investigate and analyze epidemiology of adult diabetes of a town community in hefei

目的:调查分析合肥某社区成人糖尿病(DM)及糖调节受损(IGR)的流行病学特点。方法:采用人群普查的方法,对合肥某乡镇社区>30岁常住人群4 720人进行空腹血糖检查,血糖6.0~7.0mmol/L者,均择日行葡萄糖耐量试验,分析DM及IGR的患病率及其影响因素。结果:50岁以后各年龄组DM及IFG男女的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IGT差异无有统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着年龄的增长,DM、IFG、IGT患病率明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中年龄>70岁组患病率最高。随着体重的增加,DM和IGR患病率逐渐增高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。DM、IGR患者的高血压患病率高,高血压患者的DM、IGR患病率也高。结论:合肥某乡镇社区成人DM及IGR患病率低于全国平均水平,各种危险因素参与糖代谢异常的发展。

Objective:Investigate and analyze epidemiological character of adult diabetes(DM)and impaired glucose regulation(IGR)of a town community in Hefei.Methods:4720 resident population over 30 years of age of a town community in hefei were checked fasting blood glucose by using the method of population census,if blood glucose was more than 6.0mmol/L and less than 7.0mmol/L,it need to have glucose tolerance test,to analyze the prevalence rate and influence factor of DM and IGR.Results: Comparing the differences between male and female of diabetes and IFG in each age group after 50 years old group were significantly(P<0.05),while IGT had no significant difference(P>0.05).With the increase of age,the prevalence rate of DM、 IFG、IGT were significantly higher with statistical significance(P<0.05),among which age more than 70 years old group had the highest prevalence.With the increase of body weight,the prevalence rate of DM、and IGR were gradually increased,the difference was significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The prevalence rate of hypertension in patients with DM,IGR was high,the prevalence rate of DM,IGR in patients with hypertension was also high.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of diabetes and IGR of adult diabetes of a town community in hefei is lower than the national average level,various risk factors involved in the development of abnormal glucose metabolism.
