摘要
目前,本院人力资源管理存在很多缺陷和不足,主要体现在以下4个方面:人力资源专业职能发挥不充分,缺乏科学有效的绩效评估体系,人员流动机制的不完善,人事部门面临的挑战多样化。SWOT分析法是一种较为常用的战略管理分析方法,主要包括4个方面:优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机会(Opportunities)和威胁(Threats)。本文运用SWOT分析法从人力资源管理角度对医院内部优势、劣势,外部存在的机会、威胁进行分析,找准医院发展方向和目标,制定出符合医院发展的战略,包括开拓市场实施优势战略、改变人力资源管理的核心问题、与时俱进、创建学习型组织、面向未来采取多种经营策略、医院职能科室"大部制"。
At present, there are many defects and shortcomings for our hospital human resource management,which mainly embodied in the following four aspects: insufficient of human resources professional function display, the lack of scientific and effective system of performance evaluation, personnel flow mechanism imperfect, facing the challenge of diversification of the personnel department.SWOT analysis is a relatively common strategic management analysis method, mainly including four aspects: Strengths, Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats.This paper uses SWOT analysis method from the perspective of human resource management to analyze the hospital internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threat analysis, in order to find out the hospital development direction and goals, and develop in line with the hospital development strategy, such as: market advantage strategy, change the core issue of human resource management, advancing with The Times, create a learning organization, adopt diversified management strategy, for the future hospital 'the super-ministries' department functions.
