B超在瘢痕子宫妊娠无痛人工流产术中的应用(附150例报告)

Application of B ultrasound in scarred uterus with pregnancy painless artificial abortion(report of 150 cases)

目的:探讨B超在瘢痕子宫妊娠早期行无痛人工流产术中的应用价值。方法:收治瘢痕子宫患者290例,对其再次早期妊娠行无痛人工流产术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中使用B超监视150例(试验组),未使用B超监视140例(对照组),对各组的手术时间、并发症及月经来潮时间进行比较性分析。结果:与对照组相比,试验组手术时间、并发症发生率、月经来潮时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:B超监视下行瘢痕子宫无痛人工流产术操作简单,定位准确,并发症少,手术快。

Objective:To explore the value of application of B ultrasound in scarred uterus with painless artificial abortion in early pregnancy.Methods:290 cases with scarred uterus were selected.The clinical data of painless artificial abortion in early pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,150 cases used B ultrasound monitoring(the experimental group),and 140 cases did not use B ultrasound monitoring(the control group).We compared and analyzed the operation time,complications and menses time of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time,complication rate,start time of menstruation of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation of painless artificial abortion for scarred uterus with the B ultrasound monitoring is simple,the positioning is accurate,the complication is less,and the operation is fast.
