摘要
目的:探讨胫骨远端骨折治疗的方法。方法:采用MIPPO技术加内侧LCP治疗62例胫骨下段骨折。结果:62例骨折皆愈合。结论:MIPPO技术加内侧LCP治疗胫骨下段骨折手术损伤小、固定可靠、功能恢复满意。
Objective:To investigate the methods of treatment of distal tibial fractures.Methods:We used MIPPO technology combined with LCP in the treatment of 62 cases of medial tibial fracture.Results:62 cases were healed fracture.Conclusion:MIPPO technique combined with medial LCP in the treatment of tibia fracture has some advantages,such as little trauma,reliable fixation, satisfactory function restoration.
