痰热清注射液联合炎琥宁治疗儿童手足口病疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Tan Re Qing injection combined with Yan Hu Ning in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease

目的:评价痰热清注射液联合炎琥宁治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法:2011年6月-2013年12月收治小儿手足口病90例,回顾性分析其临床资料、疗效及随访结果。结果:治疗组临床症状和体征消退时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁联合痰热清治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切,起效快,无不良反应。

Objective:To evaluate clinical effect of Tan Re Qing injection combined with Yan Hu Ning in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:90 cases with hand foot and mouth disease were selected from June 2011 to July 2013.The clinical data,clinical effect and follow-up results were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The extinction times of the clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yan Hu Ning combined with Tan Re Qing injection in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease has a exact curative effect,quick effect and no adverse reaction.
