注射用胸腺五肽辅助治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of thymopentin?for injection in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的:探讨注射用胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹患者的临床疗效。方法:2013年4-10月收治带状疱疹患者68例,随机分为对照组30例和治疗组38例,对照组给予更昔洛韦静滴5mg/(kg·日),连用10天,外用5%硫磺炉甘石洗剂,并发感染者用克林霉素抗感染治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用注射用胸腺五肽1mg,2次/日,连用10天,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组在止痘、皮损愈合及疼痛缓解时间上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射用胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹具有较好的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thymopentin?for injection in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:68 cases with herpes zoster were selected from April to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group with 30 cases and the treatment group with 38 cases.The control group were treated with ganciclovir intravenous drip 5mg/(kg·day),for 10 days,5% topical sulfur calamine lotion,concurrent infection patietns were treated with clindamycin anti infection treatment.The treatment group were treated with 1mg thymopentin for injection on the basis of conventional treatment,2 times/day,for 10 days. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The stopping blain,remission time of pain and lesion healing agent of the treatment group were better than that of the control group.There was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of thymopentin?for injection in the treatment of herpes zoster is better than the conventional treatment.
