妇科养荣胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔包块的临床观察

Clinical observation of Fu Ke Yang Rong capsules combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic mass

目的:探讨妇科养荣胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效。方法:收治盆腔炎性包块患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组单用头孢曲松钠治疗,治疗组采用头孢曲松钠联合妇科养荣胶囊治疗,半个月为1疗程,3个疗程后随访观察炎性包块治疗情况。结果:治疗组显效率94%,对照组显效率76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科养荣胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性包块优于单用抗生素治疗,是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Fu Ke Yang Rong capsules combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic mass.Methods:100 cases with pelvic inflammation mass were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with ceftriaxone,while the treatment group were treated with ceftriaxone and Fu Ke Yang Rong capsules.The 1 course was half a month.After three courses of treatment,we observed the improvement of inflammatory mass.Results:In the treatment group,the effective rate was 94%.In the control group,the effective rate was 76%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Fu Ke Yang Rong capsules combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic mass is better than that of treatment with single antibiotics,and it is a safe and effective method.
