肾康注射液联合大黄制剂保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of Shen Kang injection combined with rhubarb preparation for retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure

目的:探讨肾康注射液联合大黄制剂保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:收治慢性肾功能衰竭患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组采用中药大黄保留灌肠,治疗组采用中药大黄保留灌肠与肾康注射液联合治疗。结果:治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,肾衰症状消失时间和用药治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组,两组用药期间均未出现药物不良反应。结论:应用中药大黄保留灌肠方式与肾康注射液联合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Shen Kang injection combined with rhubarb preparation for retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:82 cases with chronic renal failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 41 cases in each.The control group were treated with rhubarb preparation for retention enema,while the treatment group was treated with Shen Kang injection combined with rhubarb preparation for retention enema.Results:The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Renal failure symptoms disappeared time and the total time of treatment plan of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group. During the treatment,the two groups had no any adverse drug reaction.Conclusion:The curative effect of Shen Kang injection combined with rhubarb preparation for retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure is significant.
