CT and MRI findings and comparative analysis of tumors in sellar region

目的:探讨和分析鞍区肿瘤的CT和MRI表现及对比诊断的效果。方法:对72例鞍区肿瘤患者分别采用CT和MRI进行诊断,然后进行手术病理确诊,分析CT与MRI诊断的病理符合率。结果:CT诊断符合率(83.3%)明显高于MRI诊断符合率(70.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鞍区肿瘤,CT诊断效果较好,MRI可以清晰显示肿瘤的确切部位、浸及范围和邻近结构的变化。

Objective:To explore and analyze the CT and MRI findings and the effect of comparison of diagnosis of tumors in sellar region.Methods:72 cases with sellar region tumors were diagnosed by CT and MRI,and were confirmed by operation and pathology.We analyzed the pathological coincidence rate of CT and MRI diagnosis.Results:The diagnostic accordance rate of CT with 83.3% was significantly higher than that of MRI with 70.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: For sellar region tumors,CT has very good diagnosis result. MRI can clearly show the exact location of the tumor,invasive range and adjacent structures changes.
