尿激酶溶栓治疗对脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响

The influence of urokinase thrombolytic therapy on nerve function and hemorrheology in patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨尿激酶溶栓治疗对脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:2013年2月-2013年10月收治脑梗死患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。其中对照组给予脑细胞保护、降颅压、改善微循环的常规治疗;观察组在此基础上给予尿激酶溶栓治疗。观察并对比两种治疗方法的患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分和血液流变学情况。结果:观察组神经功能缺损程度及血液流变学等各方面指标改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿激酶溶栓治疗脑梗死具有改善脑部血液循环、减轻神经功能缺损程度且显著提高临床治疗脑梗死疗效的作用,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the influence of urokinase thrombolytic therapy on nerve function and hemorrheology in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:90 cases with cerebral infarction were slected from February 2013 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment of protecting brain cells,decreasing intracranial pressure and improving microcirculation.On the basis of the conventional treatment, the observation group were given thrombolytic therapy.We observed and contrasted the degree of neural function defect score and hemorrheology before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The neural function defect and blood rheology indexes in the observation group improved significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The urokinase thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction can improve the brain blood circulation,relieve the degree of neural function defect and significantly improve the curative effect of cerebral infarction,so it is worth of clinical promoting.
