摘要
目的:总结甲氨蝶呤保守治疗宫外孕的护理经验,进一步提高护理质量。方法:2012年1月-2013年12月收治具备保守治疗条件的宫外孕患者178例,采用甲氨蝶呤保守治疗,在治疗的基础上进行护理,重点进行心理护理、用药护理、病情观察和健康教育等。结果:成功治愈132例,治愈率74.1%,另外46例经手术治疗治愈。结论:心理护理、用药护理、病情观察和健康教育对提高甲氨蝶呤保守治疗宫外孕的护理质量有着重要的临床意义。
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of methotrexate in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,in order to further improve the quality of nursing care.Methods:178 cases with ectopic pregnancy who with the conservative treatment conditions from January 2013 to December 2012.We used the methotrexate conservative treatment and nursing based on the treatment.In all process,we focused on the psychological nursing,medication nursing,disease observation and health education and so on.Results: 132 cases were cured,and the cure rate of 74.1%.The other 46 cases were cured in operation. Conclusion:The psychological nursing,medication nursing,disease observation and health education has an important clinical significance to improve the quality of nursing care of methotrexate in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
