摘要
目的:探讨手术患者术前饮食指导的护理疗效。方法:2012年3月-2013年3月收治实施择期手术患者179例,术后采用开放问卷调查方式来汇总术前饮食指导情况。结果:82.13%的患者达到相应禁食、禁饮要求;17.87%的患者延长了相应的禁食、禁饮时间(>2小时)。遵循术前饮食指导患者组与未严格遵循患者组在不良反应方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前饮食指导是护理工作的重要内容,同时辅以手术、麻醉相关知识,重点宣传正确的禁饮、禁食有助于提高术后疗效,确保围手术期的安全。
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of dietary guidance of patients before operation.Methods:179 cases with elective operation were selected from March 2012 to March 2013.We collected the dietary guidance of preoperative after the operation by open questionnaire.Results:82.13% of cases reached the corresponding fasting,water deprivation requirements.17.87% of cases extended the corresponding fasting,water deprivation time(more than 2 hours).The cases in follow the preoperative diet instruction group and without follow the preoperative diet instruction exist significant differences in adverse effects(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preoperative dietary guidance is an important content of nursing work.At the same time, combining with the operation and anesthesia related knowledge,and taking to highlight the right water and fasting deprivation, are helpful to improve the postoperative curative effect,and to ensure the safety of peri operation.
