自制导尿管固定贴在ICU中的应用

Application of self made catheter fixing paste in ICU

目的:比较两种导尿管固定方法护士依从性的高低及对导尿管相关尿路感染的影响。方法:随机将2012年10月-2013年10月ICU所有停留导尿管的患者分成对照组及改良组,对照组用传统的高举平台法固定导尿管,改良组用自制的尿管贴固定导尿管。统计导尿管相关尿路感染发生率、护士的依从性和尿管贴1次可使用天数。结果:自制尿管贴可以明显提高护士对于高举平台固定尿管的依从性。结论:尿管贴的使用不仅提高了护士高举平台法固定尿管的依从性,更提高了固定的有效性,降低了ICU患者导尿管相关尿路感染的发生率。

Objective:To compare the influence of catheter associated urinary tract infection and the nurse compliance level of two fixed methods catheter.Methods:All the cases who stay catheter in the ICU were randomly divided into the control group and the improved group from October 2012 to October 2013.The control group were with traditional high platform fixed catheter,and the improved group were with self-made catheter with fixed catheter.We counted the incidence of catheter associated urinary tract infection,the compliance of nurses and the days of catheter can be used with 1 time.Results:The self-made catheter paste can obviously improve the nurses compliance for the holding platform fixed catheter.Conclusion:The use of catheter attached not only can improve the compliance of nurses holding platform fixed catheter,but also enhance the effectiveness of fixed,and reduce the incidence of patients with CAUTI in ICU.
