原发性高血压患者的社区护理及健康教育

Community care and health education of patients with primary hypertension

目的:总结原发性高血压患者的社区护理及健康教育经验,进一步提高护理质量。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治原发性高血压患者80例,建立个人健康档案,进行社区护理及健康教育。结果:80例患者护理前物质生活状态评分(38.4±4.0)分,护理后(44.11±3.6)分;社会领域护理前(54.5±3.3)分,护理后(59.45±2.7)分;心理领域护理前(43.3±3.5)分,护理后(48.89±2.6)分;躯体功能护理前(38.7±4.7)分,护理后(45.55±3.7)分。护理前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对原发性高血压患者的社区护理及健康教育,可以明显改善患者的物质生活状态、社会领域、心理领域、躯体功能。

Objective:To summarize the experience of community care and health education of patients with primary hypertension, to further improve the quality of nursing care.Methods:80 cases with primary hypertension were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.We set up the personal health records,and developed the community nursing care and health education.Results:The material life condition score before care was 38.4±4,after care was 44.11±3.6.Social field before care was 54.5± 3.3,after care was 59.45±2.7.Psychological field before care was 43.3±3.5,after care was 48.89±2.6.Physical function before care was 38.7± 4.7,after care was 45.55 ± 3.7.There was significant difference before and after care(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the community nursing care and health education of patients with primary hypertension,can significantly improve the patient's quality of life,social field,psychological field and physical function.
