摘要
目的:研究LH钛镍丝在开颌畸形矫治中的应用。方法:收治开颌畸形患者16例,年龄12~18岁,平均15岁,矫治过程中使用LH钛镍丝矫治开颌。治疗前后拍摄全景片及头颅侧位片。结果:所有开颌畸形患者矫治后开颌消除,覆颌、覆盖正常,后牙咬合关系良好。结论:LH钛镍丝可用于开颌的矫治,疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the application of LH nickel titanium wire in the treatment of openbite malocclusion.Methods:16cases with openbite malocclusion were selected,age was 12 to 18 years old,and the average was 15 years old.In the treatment process,we used the LH nickel titanium wire for correcting openbite.Before and after treatment,we took the panoramic radiographs and lateral cephalometric films.Results:After the treatment,open bite of all cases were eliminated,overbite,covering were returned to normal,and posterior occlusal relationship was good.Conclusion:LH nickel titanium wire can be used to correct open bite,and the curative effect is remarkable.
