急性心血管患者78例的临床治疗研究

Clinical treatment study on 78 cases of patients with acute cardiovascular

目的:分析讨论急性心血管患者的临床治疗方法及疗效。方法:2012年3月-2013年3月收治急性心血管疾病患者78例,回顾性分析其临床资料。针对不同类型的疾病,实施不同的治疗方法。结果:经治疗,所有患者的临床症状均有显著好转。不同类型疾病的治疗总有效率如下:急性肺栓塞100.0%(2/2),主动脉夹层80.0%(4/5),急性左心衰竭100.0%(8/8),急性心肌梗死88.2%(15/17),急性心绞痛89.1%(41/46)。结论:针对急性心血管疾病,临床上要早发现、早诊断,早实施相应的治疗方法,以缓解患者痛苦,提高患者的生活质量、健康质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment method and curative effect of patients with acute cardiovascular.Methods:78 cases with acute cardiovascular were selected from May 2012 to May 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different types of diseases,the different treatment methods were implemented.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of all the patients improved significantly.The total effective rate of acute pulmonary embolism was 100%(2/2).The aortic dissection was 80%(4/5).The acute left heart failure was 100.0%(8/8).The acute myocardial infarction was 88.2%(15/17).The acute angina pectoris was 89.1%(41/46).Conclusion:In the acute cardiovascular disease,it needs early detection,early diagnosis,early implementation of the corresponding treatment methods in clinical.It can alleviate the suffering of patients,and improve living quality and health quality of patients.
