原发性肝癌应用超声聚焦刀联合三维适形放疗治疗的效果分析

Effect analysis of focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment ofprimary liver cancer

目的:分析原发性肝癌应用超声聚焦刀联合三维适形放疗治疗的疗效。方法:2011年12月-2013年12月收治原发性肝癌患者134例,按数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组各67例。研究组采用超声聚焦刀联合三维适形放疗治疗,对照组采用单纯放疗,比较两组近期疗效以及不良反应情况。结果:研究组近期治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应低于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肝癌应用超声聚焦刀联合三维适形放疗治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods:134 cases with primary liver cancer were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 67 cases in each by digital table method.The study group were treated with focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while the control group were treated with radiotherapy.We compared the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.The adverse reaction was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer is significant.
