摘要
目的:分析脑膜瘤MRI的影像学特点,以提高脑膜瘤的诊断水平。方法:收治脑膜瘤患者25例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:脑膜瘤在T1WI图像表现均一的低信号10例或等信号15例;在T2WI图像呈稍高信号18例或等信号4例;增强后呈均匀强化者23例。结论:脑膜瘤的MRI表现具有特征性,MRI对脑膜瘤的定位、定性诊断具有明显的价值,可明显提高诊断准确率。
Objective:To analyze the features of MRI of meningioma in order to improve the level of diagnosis of meningioma.Methods:25 cases with meningioma were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:T1WI image of meningioma showed low signal in 10 cases or equal signal in 15 cases.T2WI image showed slightly high signal in 18 cases or equal signal in 4 cases.There were 23 cases with homogeneous enhancement signal after the enhancement.Conclusion:There are characteristics of MRI features of meningioma.MRI has obvious value for orientation,qualitative diagnosis of meningioma,and it can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
