房性早搏前PR段和ST段压低患者的心电图分析

Analysis of electrocardiogram of patients with PR segment and ST segment depression before atrial premature beat

目的:分析房性早搏前PR段和ST段压低患者的心电图特征。方法:2012年11月-2013年11月收治住院患者110例,作为研究对象,将房性早搏前PR段和ST段压低的55例患者设为观察组,并将房性早搏前无PR段和ST段压低的55例患者设为对照组。结果:观察组提前指数明显小于对照组(P<0.05),P'波电压高于对照组(P<0.05),P'波时限长于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者P'R间期比较无差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比两组患者的心率和P波的电压及时限在窦性心律时发现,观察组患者的P波增宽和高大或切迹明显高于对照组。结论:房性早搏的发生与PR段和ST段压低有着非常密切的关系。

Objective:To analyze the electrocardiogram characteristics of patients with PR segment and ST segment depression before atrial premature beat.Methods:110 cases were selected from November 2012 to November 2013. 55 cases with PR segment and ST segment depression before atrial premature beat were as the observation group.55 cases with no PR segment and ST segment depression before atrial premature beat were as the control group.Results:In the observation group,the beforehand index of patients was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The P' wave voltage was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The P' wave time limit was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The P'R interval of patients had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).When the sinus heart rate,the heart rate,voltage and time limit of P wave of patients were compared between the two groups,we found that P wave broadening and height or incisura of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:The occurrence of atrial premature beat with PR segment and ST segment depression have a very close relationship.
