B超对输尿管结石患者的诊断与治疗 被引量:5

摘要 目的:利用B超对输尿管结石诊断分析并应用于临床治疗。方法:2010年1月-2013年6月收治输尿管结石患者50例,给予B超诊断报告,并结合临床检查证实。结果:B超诊断结果符合患者44例(88%)。输尿管上段结石患者37例(74%),壁内段结石患者10例(20%),中段结石患者3例(6%),合并有肾积水患者47例(93.33%),结石大小4mm×3mm^38mm×10mm。3例患者临床出现误诊,后结合彩色多普勒超声探测确诊为输尿管结石。结论:精确掌握B超检查方法可有效提高输尿管结石患者的诊断率,降低漏诊率和误诊率。 Objective:To analyze B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi and apply on the clinical treatment.Methods:50cases with ureteral calculi were selected from January 2010 to June 2013.They were diagnosed by B ultrasound,and were confirmed by combined with clinical examination.Results:44 cases(88%) were according with B ultrasound diagnosis results.37cases(74%) were upper ureteral calculi.10 cases(20%) were ureteral wall inner segmentscalculi.3 cases(6%) were middle ureter calculi.47 cases(93.33%) were combined with hydronephrosis.The stone size was 4mm×3mm to 38mm×10mm.3 cases had clinical misdiagnosis.They were confirmed for ureteral calculi combined with color doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:An accurate grasp of B ultrasound examination methods can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of ureteral calculi,and decrease the missed diagnosis rate and themisdiagnosis rate.
