摘要
目的:研究心肌梗死患者救治中急诊全程优化护理的价值。方法:选择急性心肌梗死患者44例进行研究,对照组患者实施常规急诊护理,观察组则实施急诊全程优化护理。结果:观察组的评估时间、心电图时间、采血时间、用药时间以及急救总时间均要明显短于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治愈率85.0%,观察组治愈率91.7%;对照组护理不满意1例,观察组未出现护理不满意病例,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在心肌梗死患者的救治中应用急诊全程优化护理能够提高患者抢救时效性,为患者及时救治赢得了较多的时间。
Objective:To study the value of the whole optimization of emergency nursing in the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:44 cases with acute myocardial infarction were selected.The the control group were given the routine emergency nursing.The observation group were given the whole optimization of emergency nursing.Results:In the observation group,the assessment time,ECG time,sampling time,medication time and total emergency time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the control group was 85%.The cure rate of the observation group was 91.7%.1 case in the control group was dissatisfied nursing.The observation group did not appear nursing dissatisfied case.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole optimization of emergency nursing in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can improve the emergency rescue timeliness,and win more time for patients with timely treatment.
