摘要
胆结石又被称为胆石病,属于慢性、复发性肝胆疾病,易受各种因素的影响,具有多发性、难治性的特点,还可能导致急性胆源性胰腺炎和胆囊癌等,是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病。近年来,人们在胆结石的化学基础研究方面取得了一些进展。本文从结石的成分、成因以及治疗方法三方面对胆结石的化学基础研究作一综述,以期对胆结石能有更深入的了解,从而为开发新的治疗药物提供一些思路和参考。
Gallstones is also called gallstone disease.It is a chronic,recurrent hepatic and gall diseases,and it is easy affected by various factors.It has the characteristics of multiple,refractory,and may also lead to acute biliary pancreatitis and gallbladder carcinoma.It is a common disease seriously harming human health.In recent years,people have made some progress in the research of chemical basis of gallstones.In order to have a more thorough understanding of gallstones,this paper reviewed the chemical basis of gallstones from three aspects of the composition,causes and treatment method of the gallstones.It provides some ideas and reference for the development of new therapeutic agents.
