摘要
目的:丹参具有活血化瘀之功效,临床上广泛用于肾病的治疗。丹参治疗肾病的药物作用包括:改善微循环障碍、抗凝血、抑制或减弱肾脏变态反应性炎症损害、改善代谢、调节免疫功能、利尿、消除蛋白尿。丹参注射液治疗肾病综合征的作用机制可能和改善肾小管的功能,促进缺血肾的自由基清除以及改善微循环有关。
The effect of salvia miltiorrhiza was promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, which was widely used in clinical treatment for kidney disease.The pharmacological actions of salvia miltiorrhiza treatment of kidney disease include:improving microcirculation disorder,anticoagulant,inhibit or reduced kidney allergic inflammatory damage.improving metabolism,regulating immune function,diuretic, eliminate proteinuria.The mechanism of action of salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome may include improving the function of the renal tubules, promoting ischemic renal radical scavenging, and improving microcirculation.
