奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血效果观察

The effect observation of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract

目的:研究奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:2011年4月-2013年5月收治上消化道出血患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采取奥曲肽0.1mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液20ml的混合溶液静注。观察组在对照组的治疗模式上再增加40mg的奥美拉唑,采取100ml静滴。2次/日,12小时/次。3天为1个治疗周期。采取统计学方式对两组治疗数据进行分析。结果:对照组总有效率75%,观察组总有效率97.5%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血疗效较好,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.Methods:80 cases with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were selected from April 2011 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with 0.1mg octreotide plus 20ml physiological saline for intravenous injection.The observation group added 40mg omeprazole contusion,using 100ml intravenous fluid for injection on the basis of the control group,2 times per day,12 hours/time.3days were 1 treatment cycle.We analyzed the treatment data of two groups with the statistical method.Results:In the control group,the total efficiency was 75%.In the observation group,the total efficiency was 97.5%.The difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of application of octreotide combined with omeprazole is better than simply taking octreotide,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
