改良B-Lynch缝合术治疗前置胎盘术中出血6例分析

Analysis of modified B-Lynch suture operation in the treatment of 6 cases of placenta previa intraoperative bleeding

目的:探讨前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血时,采用改良式B-Lynch缝合术治疗的效果、应用及注意事项。方法:对前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血行改良式B-Lynch缝合术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组6例均为前置胎盘胎盘剥离面广泛出血时伴不同程度的子宫收缩乏力引起出血的患者,经其他保守治疗方法不能控制出血而行B-Lynch缝合术,手术保留了其生育能力,术后无大出血。结论:改良式B-Lynch缝合术是治疗前置胎盘致产后出血的有效方法,它不仅提高了产科质量,降低围产儿死亡率,还简单易掌握,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect,application and matters needing attention of modified B-Lynch suture operation in the treatment of placenta previa hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods:The cases with placenta previa hemorrhage in cesarean section were treated with modified B-Lynch suture operation.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In this group,6 cases were placenta previa placenta stripping surface extensive hemorrhage with different degrees of uterine contraction.The hemorrhages were unable to control by other conservative treatment method.So the patients were given B-Lynch suture operation.The operation retained its fertility,and there was no postoperative bleeding.Conclusion:The modified B-Lynch suture operation is a effective method in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta previa.It improves obstetrics quality,reduce perinatal mortality.It is also simple and easy to master.So it is worthy of clinical application.
