摘要
目的:探讨彩超在胎儿脐带异常附着中的临床诊断价值。方法:2011年12月-2013年12月收治胎儿脐带异常附着患者42例,对该组患者的产前彩超诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果:病理诊断结果提示边缘性附着32例(76.19%),帆状附着10例(23.81%)。彩超结果检出36例,诊断符合率85.71%,其中28例边缘性附着,8例帆状附着;漏诊6例(14.29%)。结论:产前彩超检查可以作为早期诊断胎儿脐带异常附着的手段,为临床治疗提供参考。
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of color doppler sonography in fetal umbilical cord insertion.Methods:42 cases with fetal umbilical cord insertion were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis results were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Pathological diagnosis showed 32 cases(76.19%) were the marginal attachment,10 cases(23.81%) were velamentous insertion.36 cases were detected by color doppler ultrasound,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 85.71%,including 28 cases of borderline adhesion,8 cases of velamentous insertion.6 cases(14.29%) of missed diagnosis.Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasonography can provide a means for early diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord insertion.It provides the reference for the clinical treatment.
